Michele Goldman
Michele works with The Melton Team as a buyer's agent to Dean & Brandi. She and her family relocated to The Woodlands area in 2001 from North Texas. With her she brought years of real estate experience.
Michele is very familiar with residential real estate, having been an active agent since 1985 and with RE/MAX since 1997. Michele loves handling all the details for buyers and sellers and is always looking out for their best interests. Constant communication is one of the keys to her successful repeat business. She has a wealth of construction knowledge as she recently finished designing and being the general contractor of her own home.

Nancy Coble
Nancy is celebrating her 34th year in Real Estate. She joined The Melton Team as a Broker Associate/Licensed Assistant. After three cross-country transfers, she decided to join the real estate profession. She received her Texas Real Estate Salesman\'s License in 1977 and her Texas Broker\'s License in 1980. Nancy has been active in the greater Houston and The Woodlands real estate markets ever since. She also has earned the CRP, GRI and ABR Designations. Nancy founded and managed a Corporate Relocation Services department for over twenty years before resuming her favorite activity - personally helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Her previous career was with Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago. Nancy\'s goal is to exceed her client\'s expectations and deliver the best possible real estate services!

Diana Vance
Diana is a full-time assistant and is in charge of all the marketing for the "The Melton Team". Diana has 17 years experience in the real estate and marketing field and adds a lot of creativity and energy to her job. Diana handles the onset of marketing for all new listings. She is in control of shooting digital pictures, on-site virtual tours, preparing home brochures, updating numerous web addresses with listing information and pictures, writing ads and all other marketing details that are part of the real estate business. Diana also assists the "The Melton Team" in preparing marketing proposals, preparing the listing and selling documents, file processing and various other duties associated with assisting the team in being more productive and efficient. Nothing is out of the realm of possibility with Diana. If clients have a special request in the buying or selling process she will have it accomplished without any time wasted. Diana is very laid back and calm while handling the stress of the real estate business thus, being a real comfort to our clients and a true asset to our team.

Kitty Janise
Kitty Janise - Client Care Manager - is the newest member of The Melton Team. Kitty instantly became part of the "office family" when she started work with The Melton Team. Kitty posseses a warm and "Texas friendly" disposition thus, making her the perfect person for the "client care manager" position. Kitty has years of experience in other detail and people oriented jobs. She works excellent with people and has the ability to make others smile even when they don't want to. She has a passion to make people happy and cater to their every need and desire. Her job is to do just that, spoil their clients and assist them in every way possible. Kitty is in charge of client-care and assisting with team marketing endeavors. She is a real joy to work with and a great addition to the team.

Dona Angell is an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner and has completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification courses in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource.
